The system integrates directly into the warehouse’s overhead conveyor and reads tags in real time without halting operations or physically handling the garments, with a capacity of up to 20,000 garments per hour and a read rate exceeding 99.3 per cent. With no curtains or physical barriers, it is particularly suitable for delicate or high-value items. It integrates with each client’s WMS via control software that can be adapted to their processes.
