What Do We Do?
Each garment is unloaded, removed from the hanger, and visually inspected to determine its
actual condition. (Is it in perfect condition? Does it require reconditioning? Should it be
classified as new or refurbished?) Every item enters a controlled workflow.
Garments are integrated into an overhead conveyor system, moving individually throughout
the entire process. No accumulation. No unnecessary handling. No losses.
During the process, depending on the initial assessment, garments may pass through a steam-finishing tunnel to remove wrinkles and are then automatically bagged for protection, preparing them as if they had just left the factory. The garment is no longer a return. It becomes a saleable product again.
Each garment is individually identified using RFID technology, enabling:
- Real-time item-level control.
- Automatic recording of every movement.
- Elimination of manual errors.
- Complete inventory visibility.
Nothing is left outside the system. Nothing is lost. Nothing is duplicated.
Once reconditioned, the garment is automatically integrated into the Warehouse Management System (WMS), assigned to its exact location, and made immediately available for resale.

When a new sale occurs, the system locates the garment, picking is performed (manually or automatically), and the order is prepared and shipped directly from the Returns Center. No unnecessary transfers. No additional transportation. No duplicated operations.
