After more than 55 years of optimising logistics operations, we are launching Moinsa Consulting: a consultancy specialising in warehouse management for companies in the textile sector. Our methodology is based on data analysis and an assessment of current operations to redesign and prioritise the workflows with the greatest potential for improvement. We take an incremental approach, proposing automation only where it adds value, in a phased and scalable manner.
